Sister Saturn

A thrall of Bellfire, the goddess of Europe.

A bird that believes freedom can only exist from within its cage, Saturn is a true believer of Bellfire's godhood. She was a nun before the witch appeared but quickly became disillusioned with Christianity when she repeatedly witnessed the clergymen acting against their own teachings, some even committing serious crimes. Saturn was desperate for something else to believe in, but just as she'd given up hope, the invasion of the Godkind happened.

Sister Saturn was among the first to genuinely worship Bell, and this caught Bell's attention. she found the nun amusing, and so she took her. She saw Saturn as a new toy and, after the Astra incident, sought to continue her experimentation. For a time, Saturn was literally kept in a cage by Bellfire's throne, given a front-row view of the Witch's atrocities. Such a thing would normally shatter one's beliefs a second time, but it only made the nun's faith stronger, as Bellfire was everything she said she would be. A god she could be sure of. Three months was enough time for her traits as a thrall to emerge, and she saw it as a blessing from her beloved goddess for her devotion.
