  • Fitzner is a "Back in my day!" kind of bear and reminiscences about his early existence quite a bit, which was a long time ago considering he was manufactured in the 1910s
  • He likes spending most of his time alone and isn't too fond of folks who talk too much (and don't know how to read social cues to stop)

  • He can be a little aggressive sometimes and doesn't know his own strength (by teddy bear standards)

DESIGN NOTES

  • He has a bulky, strong build
  • His face and belly are hairless (spots where most of his mohair has worn away)
  • His black markings go halfway down his body (then it changes to the greyish colour)
  • There are visible seams on his body to indicate that he is a teddy bear
  • His tongue/mouth are the same colour as his hair

PERSONALITY

Fitzner—who goes by either Fritz, Fitz, or Fitzner depending on how many times you've angered him—is a German teddy bear who seems to be mad about something all the time. He was manufactured in Germany circa the 1910s. Being 100+ years old, he's seen a lot, some of which have created his unapproachable and cynical exterior. He is stubborn and can be extremely candid; he is insulting at worst and painfully blunt at best. That said, he is a firm believer in tough love. He feels like he has truly seen it all. Despite his initial cold countenance and authority, he can be a good companion if you can gain his trust and affection. Likes to playfully roughhouse and doesn't know his own strong. Not much gets under his skin, or in his case, mohair, and if it does he isn't afraid to let you know. He "smokes" a fake cigarettes to look old-fashioned and the muzzle he has is just for novelty, but he might actually bite. At the end of the day, maybe he's just a teddy who needs a little loving after so many years alone. Please note that his age is based on the date he was manufactured, not his mental and/or physical age.
