Design Notes:

• Hood is optional!
• The blue "circuit-board" on their tail is their lights!
• Lines and dials on each side of body are symmetical, but letters on face and neck are different!
• Gold "baseline" goes from bottom of chin down the middle of their underside all the way back to the start of their tail

• Tier 1 Ability: Can read encrypted messages with ease, so much so that non-encrypted information is difficult for them to read
• Fully mute
• Writes all messages as encrypted messages and encrypts all emails and texts. Might decipher if asked nicely.
