Alena is the mother of Iris Dirion ( https://toyhou.se/6584368.iris ). In her youth she was quite the adventurer herself. This is however not something she has spoken of in quite some time.
In the D&D campaign where i played Iris her current location is unknown as Iris has not seen her in almost two decades.
In the other campaign she is the curren owner of a decent sized inn where she also sings to draw in a crowd.
