Stella “Raspberry” Barr

Stella Barr was one of the very few survivors at the epicenter of the Warning Shot, a cataclysmic blow from the Gods  Stella, at the age of 17, became the only surviving member of her family. The exact events of the night are not known and never could be fully explained, but Stella particularly blamed herself for the death of her sister, Astra.

In the chaotic aftermath of the Warning Shot, society’s efforts went entirely to repairing ruined cities choked with dead. Law enforcement in the now neglected and lawless outback was left to a special program called the Special Law Enforcement Dispensation Grant, or SLEDGE. SLEDGE sought tough individuals who could ride afar and catch criminals beyond the reach of city law. 

Six years after the Warning Shot, Stella’s fate was sealed when one such band of bandits rolled into town. One of them was a Gunslinger, holding a Stellar Armament, a powerful revolver granting the protection of the Gods themselves. When the dust cleared, Stella ended up the one holding that gun. She found her calling in SLEDGE. By all accounts, she was a model officer, taking the hard and right way when possible. 

Stella’s weapon is Forearmed, a Stellar Armament representing the Wisdom aspect of the Unseen Star. Her nickname, Raspberry, is from her preference for red-purple clothing and for concealed weaponry.
