Gedi is a cowardly and absent-minded babu who often forgets his own name. He's close with his sister Hotaru and never leaves her side. He collects trinkets and small 'junk' items, finding a story behind every one and protects them with his life. He is fond of non-chocolate sweets and action figures, and likes to paint on the balcony of the apartment where he lives with Hotaru and his mother Pamela. He likes the comforts of home and luxuries such as bath bombs and glass bowls of candy.
He's smaller than most Babusagi, and so he's scared of things most others wouldn't be, such as holepunchers and staplers. He's afraid they'll break his silicone shell.
