Dr. Mandal is a cyberneticist and surgeon, head of the medical department of "Loha Praan Technologies". (LTech.) He is a celebrity in his own right among the medical and augmentation community for fighting enthusiastically for unregulated augmentation research; As well as being the mind behind many extraordinary or controversial designs. His own augmentations began with a lost a limb during an anti-aug riot sometime around 2024. Now, he has a large portion of his body replaced with his own designs, inspired by his hometown.
