Kàde was one of many early settlers of Strannosti and one of the few who retained a share territory once the dust settled. He created a place to live based on his own bizarre visualization of a perfect society—a fully anonymous haven. Inspired by comic book stories when he was young, Kàde had spent countless days imagining how people would function in a place where no one knew each other's identities. The Masked District would come to exist through his artistry and reign. With much funding and research, the district developed a new material for the masks, one unable to be replicated anywhere else in the Realm. Masks created with this apparitional material would practically mold to the shape of one's face. Like a tinted window, one would be able to see out of it, eat, breathe, etc., but no one else would be able to see your face beneath it. Many folks have masks with similar features, but no two masks are entirely alike. In the district, you must enter with a mask already on and taking your mask off in public is strictly prohibited.

Besides its unique anonymity, the district is famous for being where the hopeful attempt to strike it rich. Gambling has always been promoted as a popular activity and over the years, has become what the district is known for. Being someone who avidly enjoys gambling, Kàde sponsored all the promotions for this as well. It always seems that the man had an odd amount of luck and skill when it came to card games. In the Masked District, there are almost no regulations whatsoever when it comes to gambling and you can even freely cheat as long as you aren't caught by your opponents or the dealer. Especially due to this policy, many have accused Kàde of cheating, only to falter when no proof is presented. He frequently jokes around about how he'll never get caught, but it's actually true as Kàde doesn't cheat.

Kàde is well known for his playing card-based appearance and his unbeatable reputation, but he mostly rules the district unseen by the public. He very rarely makes appearances besides to join in on the gambling. Unless a serious situation arises or territory challenger arrives, the hired security takes care of most of the troublemakers. Kàde prides himself in the upkeep of the district, and so anyone deemed a danger would be immediately removed through whatever means necessary.

Kade is a pale man with long white hair. He has heterochromia, one of his eyes being black and the other is red. He is always seen with his hair tied up in a high ponytail.The cat ears are a part of his mask that protrudes out of his hair, not part of his head. Kade is always seen with his mask on. You can draw him without the mask, but canonically, there is no one who is supposed to have seen his face.
