a soft-hearted and affectionate robot built by frost who hardly understands much about the world around them, but hey, they're just happy to be here. everything is entertaining to them, even if it's something simple like a light switch or bubble wrap. hardly anything seems to bore them and they appear to be enthusiastic about anything. they are curious about anything around them as they always ask questions about everything and why. billilly is thoughtful and caring towards others, and believes that everyone is a good person. they are happy to meet new people, and consider everyone a friend. they are naive and don't look at things realistically

-enjoys trying and seeing new things
-dislikes water and any other liquid since they can just malfunction if in direct contact. they usually just wear a hooded robe to avoid the rain.
-likes collecting daily little trinkets and items that they find interesting (like paper clips or acorns)
