bill is a cold and distant person who tends to keep to himself and doesn't open up to people right away. he is usually insensitive and seems hostile towards others, but he does warm up to people the more he gets to know someone. even if he comes across as a rude individual, he can be pretty chill and does sometimes show some sympathy for others. he's usually brutally honest and outspoken w/ his own opinions; he's never one to exaggerate or add unnecessary fluff. bill hardly hides anything or and if he does, it's most likely for a personal reason.
