Billy's just a regular human who lives in a small town. they've always lived a pretty cushy life, albeit really sheltered. Mainly due to their parents being aware of many of the "kidnappings" that had happened in the town, with a cousin of theirs being a victim, so they always had kept billy cooped up in their house, or have always kept a close eye on them whenever they'd go out. However at one point they had grown tired of their parents overprotectiveness and started sneaking out with their friend Monty, usually just treading around the outskirts of the town or pestering the local gas station store clerk. That was until one day Monty mysteriously went missing
personality wise they're kind of a "weird kid" archetype, they have a lot of nerdy interests (like games, anime, tabletops, and card trading) and actually met monty in high school through a common interest (collecting). they're also really curious and excitable, usually down to do anything at all. also since they spend most of their time locked away they're prone to follow monty in his really dumb escapades (like shoplifting, breaking and entering abandoned places, spray painting walls and stuff)
TRIVIA:
-has a mild interest in art, but doesn't draw often since they consider themself an amateur
-has a friend named beck, who they like to heckle while he's at work at the local gas station
-stopped talking to monty for a while after they kissed once, but then decided they just wanted to "remain his friend"
-main interest is yugioh
-used to have a job, but their parents made them quit after the place got robbed once
-their parents actually don't like monty since they think he's a bad influence, but let him stay in their house since they're aware of his situation with his own folk
