Frygg has a very strong sense of duty and responsibility and will fight to death for those whom she trusts and loves. has very high standarts for herself, always tries to do better than she can. sometimes this only hurts and disrupts. she may seem cold and detached, but she is just cautious and a l w a y s ready to defend and fight back. she also has a very destructive trait - she doesn't tell anyone about her problems and worries and thinks that they don't matter. what really matters for her is the well-being of her nearest and dearest.
She has a second soul - Dhilia, who constantly tries to take control over their body, making Frygg suffer 24/7. Also that's why Frygg has very powerful cryokinesis, which is unfortunately dangerous to her body too. Of course, her ice powers allow her to be immune to any cold, but she can accidentally freeze herself and let icicles burst out of her skin, which is kinda painful.
