Rowen

Retired assassin, now guildmaster of the adventurers guild Winged Dagger.
Rowen‘s past is only known to a selected few, so most people just know him as the elderly, generous and overall very nice guildmaster and would readily defend him, he‘s pretty much loved by everyone. Hurt him, and you‘ll have to fight the whole guild.
He has a bit of elven heritage which causes him to age a bit slower, he‘s also still quite healthy and fit...and he is not at all out of practice, if someone endangers his guild, they more often than not die under unknown circumstances. Usually he leaves it up to his disciples or guild members, but doesn’t mind to take matters into his own hands.

Rowen very much enjoys his new lifestyle and watching the adventurers in his guild to grow strong. He helps beginners however he can, so a lot of now seasoned adventurers still see him as a mentor, some even a father figure. Rowen occasionally takes in orphans (usually with complicated backgrounds), gives them a job at the guild and teaches them stuff until they can take care of themselves. If they are a good fit he offers them positions at the guild or other establishments.

He usually has a very polite and soft way of speaking, coming across as (sometimes overly) friendly. This makes it hard to say no to him and sometimes throws people off (especially when they come in to cause trouble).
Rowen's smile never leaves his lips and is usually gentle...until you piss him off. There are rumors that grown men wet their pants at the sight of him being angry and still smiling. His killing intend is said to be able to terrify a whole room.
