Magical Fun was born and raised in Ponyville and hasn't really spent much time outside of it though he hopes to travel one day. He spends most of his time studying or exploring the local area and it was during one such outing that he met the mysterious travelers. While he didn't really understand their mission he was happy to do what he could to help, including keeping them hidden from the rest of Ponyville, and made friends with the youngest of the group.

Magical Fun doesn't really spend a lot of time around other ponies, preferring to play with Rascal or practice with his magic. Despite his initial shyness though he is very friendly, easily excitable, and absolutely loves meeting new creatures and learning about them. He wants to learn everything he can and make friends with all kinds of creatures regardless of how scary or different they might appear.
