Bloodman

A ruthless, crazy bio-scientist who is the boss of Dr. Sakura. He's cruel and manipulative, knowing how to get what he wants. He created Dr. Sakura, who created the Cherry Twins. Don't tell that to anyone though. He's also reportedly created or modified a good chunk of other beings running around Popstar... like some up-and-coming tournament fighter...? Possibly, who knows... He's very into the twisted idea of creating things just to make them suffer, which carried over into Dr. Sakura. Partly because he ordered her to do that.

His backpack has cords on it that can forcibly latch onto others to sap their life energy and blood from their body very quickly. They're able to extend a surprisingly long distance! He doesn't have any innate special powers, though. But he is pretty good at hand-to-hand combat.

Nobody knows this, but he gives his creations kill-switches he can activate remotely. At any time. But in certain cases, this may not exactly work as planned...
