The forgotten and spoiled son of a fallen great House. Rowan uses his sidelining to his advantage, funneling funds out of the family's coffers and stashing it for when the water gets too hot.
Rowan is one of their sister Eliza's few true allies. Despite being polar opposites, the pair always got along. Both realized their lives were just pieces in a game from a young age and grew to resent it.
