LONG LIVE HALIFAX (even though I live in Hastings)
Devitt is a kingpin for a gang he calls his own. While occasionally being unpredictable he has certain benefits and rarely steps out of line, though I may argue that he does socially, making things uncomfortable for everyone around just for his amusement. He concerns me oftentimes but I wonder if that’s normal for Halifaxians?
This chap here, you gotta love him. He’s a fantastic council member who just wants to get to the bottom of things. A very loyal guy. He’s just right on top of everything, boom! *explosion sound* Got all his bases covered..........except...one but I think he’s dealing with it, besides we’re not there just yet are we? :3
One of the criminals who resides in Silas’s section.... While I greatly despise and condone most of his work he is a great asset and friend to the council

Even then I won’t be satisfied, he must loose whatever he holds dearly, watch everything he built crumble, and finally,,,, see me standing atop his lavish fortune and empire. Hopefully then all will be right.

A widely infamous criminal who runs a gang here in Hastings, despite this,,,, he has some interesting ties and history with the council. Hmm intriguing. Perhaps he may become useful
A cheerful tenant who requested to open up a barbershop on some property. I’ve heard that she does surgeries as well, kinda a two in one deal I suppose. You can look pretty with a new haircut while you get all stitched up! Gosh I love that. >w<

A very intriguing fellow. They say the one with the gold makes the rules! Devitt gave me my start and is the reason why I was able to get a start in my career in the city of Hastings. Seems to be a man of culture and an investor in the right assets. I believe it's best to stay on his good side, he can come in for a trim at the shop any time.

I’m honestly rather surprised at how much Devitt, a kingpin, enjoys literature. Unfortunately though, he refuses to put his guns away.

Devitt helped me overcome some challenges in my early career and has always been open to support with financial donations on occasions! He has quite a few problems but he’s a pretty good guy! (´･ω･;`) He’s always able to keep you on your toes!
