There is an odd creature dwelling inside of a strange house, built on the surface of an erratic comet. This creature is Quark.
One of the 6 original comics entities, the avatars of the fundamental forces of the cosmos, Quark is perhaps the strangest. Quark is the avatar of Chaos. While many would assume chaos to be wanton destruction and whatnot, that would be their youngest sibling: The Demogorgon, true chaos is not so… violent. Chaos is equally as creative as it is destructive, for Chaos rules over the aspects of randomness, of chance and change.
As a result, Quark is… a lot to deal with. At best versatile and at worst volatile. Having taken up gambling as a trade, Quark delights in the randomness of it all, the unpredictability, the unknowable future. The “House of Chaos” is not unlike a casino, home to not only Quark, but those who have fully given their lives up to chance.
She is kaleidoscopic, a being of endless possibility and constant, mercurial change. Quark’s motives puzzle the mortal mind, along with her body being as equally incomprehensible under scrutiny. Quark simply makes no sense.
