Charlie Valentine

Being born into a world of all take and no give, Charlie has learned that the world is a piece of shit. And to make it better, hes added more shit to it, which is fine by him. As a child he knew nothing of his parents, bouncing from foster home to foster home. When he was finally placed into a home the stress of possibly losing this new family and having to start over again took its toll on his mental state, hed let the stress lose with what became his usual antics: vandalism and unethical loitering. Which usually got him sent back into the cold arms of the legal system. Way to go man.

When he wasn't bouncing around the system he wandered the city, he took shelter where he could and sold whatever he could find for cash. He found a friend in a similar situation, and the two made cash selling drugs when they were able to come by them. It wasn't long before they got the hang of it and made a name for themselves, their "brand" so to speak. Eventually, Charlie was caught and due to some fortunate legal loops holes, he wasn't charged to the extent he should have been. Now forcefully stuck in the legal system he was placed into the arms of the McCoy family. Welcome, home dude. To say the family was rich would be an understatement, they could afford several small islands and a yacht to match each one. Knowing how good of a life he could have made him such a nervous wreck he couldn't even talk to anyone. The only way he could calm himself down was act in his usual ways, marking up churches with spray paint, tearing down signs, overthrowing benches; he caused enough damage to put a park on "remodeling" status for weeks.

His "family" was outraged, and Charlie knew hed be leaving, he had to be right? There was no way a family of this status would even consider keeping him, at least that's what he thought. Unbelievably, they never pushed him away; they weren't the loving family he had hoped for, but they put up with his back talk, dealt with his unruly habits, and most importantly didn't send him back. To this day Charlie has no idea why the McCoys kept him in the family, though the reason is a dark one and if he found out, he certainly wouldn't be able to look at them normally again.
