Doctor Stein is a scientist with vastknowledge on medicine, machinery and the 4thdimension. He is mostly known for turning a crippled battle-torn Viktoriya Justice into the red eyed demon she’s known to be, and formaking Wind’s Visor. Making him greatly responsible for the empire’s success.He is the same age as Wind, but he looks much older, because of the strain his studies cause him, he also fought alongside Wind when they were both at their prime.
The true motives behind his devotion are unknown, but he seems very interested in recovering Wind’s old powers. He seems to be able to stop any third eye abilities just by looking at his oponents. He seems to remotely control machinery without controls.
