Delta is a high ranking officer of the eastern empire, an empire that often antagonises Wind.
He's interested in investing and buying over the enlightened. However, Wind's batallion usually gets in the way.
He's the only enlightened of his country, and he finds himself unable to teach enlightenment to others. Because he doesn't absolutely understand it.
He can, however, through the little understanding of his abilities, create chimeras infused with the power of enlightenment. Theese chimeras are now the main force of the eastern empire.
Delta is probably the strongest enlightened, maybe as strong as Wind.
He is a complete nihilist and is kinda dead inside. He angers and gets irritated quite easily, but he keeps his head leveled even when he's angered, a side effect of his enlightenment. He's ridiculously calculative, and a good strategist.
He had a big role in the war that Wind ended.
