Flair for treasuresTooru is really good, when it comes to finding treasures. Tooru has very good eyesight. It also means that he is suprisingly observant.
EtiquetteAlthought Tooru absolutely hates etiquette lessons, they now are very handy. It`s not only about the behaviour of royalties, but also a lot of knowledge about castle territory and abilities of people there. As was said, he is very observant.
Tooru was born in the royal family in the other kingdom. He has older siblings, so his perspectives was just enjoy his life as the brother of the King.
Tooru didn`t really liked the atmosphere in the castle. He felt uncomfortable among endless palace intrigues, hipocrisy and rivalry even between family members, so eventually, when Tooru was 17, he escaped.
He spent his days in fadcinating adventures in boards of the ships and merchant's wagons and visited all places he wanted to visit. At the start he sold things he brought from the castle, but later, Tooru started to seek out treasures and sell it to get money.
Tooru met Rin and Natsume when he sneaked into their home to find (steal) some treasures. Despite the fact, that Natsume almost killed him, they eventually became good friends and he joined them in trip to the royal castle.

Tooru likes Rin very much. He is glad that become friends with her. He is very soft for her and and Rin are very gentle towards him. They ready to protect each other at any costs.
Tooru was caught by Rin in Natsume's home when he came to steal find some treasures.
At the start they argued a lot, but eventually became close friends. Natsume still likes to tease Tooru, and he still jokingly sulking at her.
