Equal parts friend and foe, Collin is an expatriate of Shantyland now traveling the cosmos in search of the fame and riches he's sure rightfully belong to him. After all, he is the most intelligent, most handsome ranger across all conceivable dimensions! Everybody should tremble before his might!
Really Collin (known as Cauliflower by those he's inclined to threaten on a daily basis) is a shining red dwarf star of brilliant idiocy whose flair for the dramatic tends to get the best of him. The most threatening thing about Collin is how he's somehow managed to survive this long, because no matter what happens the guy just doesn't seem to die, no matter how hard the universe tries.
Collin is one of the few who take up the bounty on the heads of two elite kids, and he's certainly one of the most determined! Luckily he's also the dumbest, so most of his plans usually just end up with the kids burying him in the backyard or one of the dads punting him into the stratosphere. Unluckily, although he's the only one who's been able to find their hiding spot in the sunny suburbs of Earth, he refuses to leave them alone and always shows up at least three times a week to try and destroy all of humanity, starting with the Barker family. The hardest part about stopping him each time is trying to explain the explosions to their neighbors
When the actually competent bounty hunters start showing up, Collin realizes that maybe torturing and capturing two innocent kids in front of their adoptive dads isn't as cool as everyone made it out to be
