Upon Roswald breaking their deal and cheating him out of information, Alucard sends Shuck and Yeth to track Roswald's whereabouts and retrieve the book of Zoemancy.
The smoke from his long cigarette is known to have hypnotic powers, which effects only take place when continuously inhaled. Victims can be released from it's trance if removed from heavy/consistent intake of smoke. How we rumors say accepting a drink mixed with this poisonous smoke from this man means to sell your soul to him.
