An odd, mute young child that lurks around Pryamo, close to the cannons and the abandoned and amalgam-infested parts of the walls. With a withdrawn and violent disposition, she prefers to hang around in large empty areas and liminal spaces. She doesn't like being cornered or trapped in places with few to no exits. She spends most of her time hiding in Conrad's flat, where he does his best to take care of her without getting caught by authorities.

She has extremely pale skin that looks like yellowed paper, cold blackened features, and sometimes overgrown hair. She's known by the locals as a thief and a menace, freely taking from shops and grocery stands. The guards can never seem to catch them. She's been named "13" due to local superstition and her appearances around District-13.

• Bug-eyed, stares at everything and everyone.
• Broke into Conrad's flat one night. Has been his unofficial child ever since.
• Loves stealing helmets. Once stole a high-commander's helm.
• Cut all her hair off with Conrad's kitchen shears.
• Always seems to be running/hiding from something.
• Very likely to bite you.
