Please read before offering on/purchasing an industryteeth design.

Offers can be made in a design/character's comments or by DM. Please DM with any questions as well. 

Lying about or hiding age on 18+ designs, ghosting on offers or auctions, removing credit, creating an nft/ai model, or deleting designs without communication will result in a block.

Only after payment is received via PayPal invoice will the character be transferred to the buyer. It is the seller's duty to transfer after payment as soon as possible. Any delays will be communicated by the seller.

Once purchased, the new owner can alter the design, redesign, resell, trade, or gift the character. Commercial work with the design is permitted: credit is expected. Pre-existing name, species, gender, etc. can also be changed. Character cannot be resold for a higher price unless additional (art/literature)works have been attached.

Credit for the design to industryteeth/Peg should always be visible/linked. Original and current prices should be logged/displayed also.

Characters and designs should not be deleted or hidden. Hiding/unlisting is permitted of course, as long as I, industryteeth, am authorized to always see the character/design/images.
