CliffClan
CliffClan is a clan on the brink of destruction. Its population was devastated by a deadly, infectious illness. However, its surviving warriors are its most cunning and perseverant.
At the base of the clan's mountains is the Moonrock, a connection to StarClan. Many clans in the area travel here to commune with the ancestors.
While CliffClan warriors specialize in one of three roles, all cats hunt for the clan regardless of role. CliffClan warriors are generally far more skilled than the average warrior. Due to the slim population, apprentices tend to share mentors or even lack an official mentor entirely.
The clan has a troubling attitude toward weaker or disabled cats due to Falconstar's leadership. Most have been banished from the clan, ostensibly for the greater good. The ones who remain are so vital to clan matters that even Falconstar cannot justify removing them.
The elites include the leader, deputy, and medicine cat as well as their direct subordinates. They perform special duties, the most pressing of which being searching for new recruits and expanding the territory.
Warriors may choose to specialize as guardians, whose tasks are to watch over the camp, train apprentices, and perform the bulk of border patrols.
Despite their name, hunters primarily gather herbs and materials. They are the lowest-ranked group within the clan but are nonetheless skilled.
