Reindeer AU

(Reindeer AU where Santa's reindeer have human and animal forms. The rapidly growing population called for more hands on deck, or in this case hooves, so the reindeer adapted to having human forms so they could help manage/supervise the factory. There are multiple different teams of reindeer to deliver presents all over the globe with the main one being Santa's most famous team of reindeer. The reindeer are maybe immortal like Santa??? Maybe just the main team?? Maybe they just have really long lifespannnssss?? idk)
