♥ The city of Brennne - The Fire City ♥
The biggest city in Fire Forest, at the foot of the volcano. It is carved delicately into the craggy marble hills, a smooth white statue among the verdant forest trees. It is the forefront of alchemic science, many witches coming here to pray for the Fire goddesses blessing and inspiration, and to show their talent and try to gain a name for themselves through their concoctions.
In recent years using alchemy to create fabrics has become exceedingly popular, and among the peddlers with their potions, many have focused on creating the most beautiful textiles in the world. It has gained the name of the fashion capital, for all the boutiques that have cropped up, and many visit for the chance to wear the latest most beautiful garments on the Aether Bloom.
♥ The City of Virga - The Rain City ♥
One of the oldest inhabited cities on the northern continent. It is known for being the home to one of the largest schools of magicks on the continent and for being the biggest city within the Lightlorn Forest. It boasts a thriving mercantile sector, a renowned church district, housing for both prestigious and common families, as well as inns for the many Uniko that make pilgrimages to visit. While it is large and imposing, the structures old and new have been seamlessly built into the forest trees, birthing beautiful vistas around every corner of the city. It is a place that even the most attuned Uniko can become lost in if they are not familiar with the layout.
♥ Crystallis - The Kingdom of the Crystal Alliance ♥
A large city port symbolizing the alliance of the surrounding islands. The beautiful crystal structures are carved into the natural crystal formations, looking like a crystal city on the sea.
The matriarchy is led by Lady-King Chrysanthe Frosttear, the sole living daughter remaining to a long line. Peace has been established here for well over a hundred years.
♥ Aurum Regnum - The Golden Dominion ♥
An advanced civilization of Uniko that thrive near the Endless bloom. This city was established before the written word, and while they know of the draining effect of the storm, they are dedicated to their land. The Uniko here have adapted their relatively magick-free lives to be as full and lively as Uniko elsewhere. Harnessing the strange aether that radiates from the raging storm, they power a great towering metropolis.
Few outside Uniko visit here, as the only port is often battered by the Endless Bloom's furious winds and rains, and those that do visit and are not born to the lands usually leave quickly, unable to cope with the drain to their magick. Uniko that leave the storm usually completely regain their magickal strength, though those born there often do not learn to harness their power and have trouble manifesting it.
♥ Hallowdale - The Hallowed Valley ♥
Deep within the Autumnal Ridgewood lays a lovely valley, and it is here that one of the oldest Uniko towns was built. The town center is a bustling bazaar where Uniko from the surrounding forest come for gourds year-round, both for food and decor.
Many here are not as reliant on magicks as those from the other bigger cities. Not that they don’t practice magick at all, they just spend much more time in their fields cultivating pumpkins, wheat, and other delicious things. The town is surrounded by acres of verdant farmlands, and while they are blessed with the mountain waters when spring melts away, very little snow falls in the valley itself.
The town looks to always be ready for Halloween with it’s surplus of pumpkins and orange confections, however one would truly regret missing out on the town during the fall when they put on their yearly celebrations. It is the town's most sacred tradition, and many wish to become a part of the committee in charge of putting on the festival, hoping to leave their mark on the Halloween legacy.
♥ The Hamlet of Majus ♥
A small township on the outskirts of the city of Virga, the Lightlorn forests biggest city. It is home to many uniko taking solace from bustling city life, and many young Uniko wanting to study at the prestigious Majus School of Magicks. It is surrounded by serene brighter forests, rare so deep in the wood, and the land is good for gardening and other outdoor recreation.
♥ The Southern Isles ♥
The Southern Isles unlike their sister continent are a rather peaceful place, much like the north of the Aetherbloom. Though they have stayed in contact with the Northern continent through ship trade, their magicks and culture developed very differently.
Most of the Uniko here reside on the Western most islands because of the magic draining effect of the nearby Endless Bloom, but there mages on every island.
♥ Castellum Saccharum - The Sugar Castle ♥
A large Chateau on the banks of the valley river, with a small town surrounding it. Castellum Saccharum is a popular destination for Uniko looking to romantically bond. Most of the grounds are off limits to the public, as they are still the home to noble families, however, many spaces are open to being rented for parties, and some are restaurants and shops selling all types of finery.
The middle grounds of the chateau host a garden and a dense maze that takes over fifty uniko to keep them trimmed and neat throughout the year. The chateau is dotted by dance floors of polished marble, and lovely towering windows that let light float into the castle halls from the heavens.
The surrounding town has become a tourist attraction, decadent hotels, fancy cafes and lofty shoppes line the streets, all supplied by the farms of the valley.
