- Bernaham’s name is largely inspired by this song:

In fact, Death and Bernaham’s whole relationship is inspired by that song (Besides Lifesteal and Unstable Universe lol). And also Fear and Delight by The Correspondents (Which I feel is more Bernaha’s POV) and also An Unhealthy Obsession (Which is more Death’s POV) lol

- I at first thought Conquest and War feels too similar and my punk ass mind thought to make Conquest = Capitalism. Because I can’t go one story without making commentary about the American Dream and Capitalism. (omg Anna LAY OFF THE GREEN DAY)

- I also correlate the Horsemen to Deadly Sins, but I wouldn’t want to make them too obvious while still keeping the core meaning of what they embody, if that makes sense? 

• Famine, while yes, usually implies Gluttony in the way that he hoards everything, but he also embodies Sloth for not being a “serious” Horseman. 
• Conquest is Greed and Envy due to all the biggering of his factories, expansion and the fact that he compares himself to others, in contrast, I feel in a lot of paintings, Conquest is Greed, Pride and sometimes Wrath, a big “knightly” figure if you catch my drift lol.
• War is usually embodied by Wrath and Pride. And yes, I kept the Pride, but I think making a calm, reasonable general feels scarier than an angry one. He’s almost considered nice, but could also kill an army in seconds. Also, along with my deadly sin comparison, I also correlate them to a family lmao. War’s the single dad 
• Death is usually Pride and Wrath, cause oooh spooky scary shadow creature. While yeah, those sins do appear in Death, I feel like the ones that he shows the most is Gluttony and Lust (for blood obviously… hahah… yeah… blood) because he, imo, is the most “obsessive” Horseman, as in he revels in what he does, and actively seeks more. He is just a CREATURE.

- Perry’s hair and nose is meant to resemble a parrot’s head shape and beak.

- Scillian definitely was the one that dyed Ash’s hair. Also, Ash’s orange ribbon was from Scillian

- Throughout the makings of all the characters, I try my best to have them have different survival strategies. Of course, some overlap, but y’know, I tried.  

- My favorite part about LATH are the relations. Some, I didn’t have time to add before Artfight. Like I wanted to have Jared and Redmund be the type of “I want to be friends with you” vs “We are just colleagues, get out of my face” relationship because of Jared’s part time job in Conquest. My favorite relations? Death and Bernaham, Perry’s friend trio, Ash and Scillian, Ash and Leo and War and Famine.

- I did not mean to make LATH engineer central LMAO. But, Bernaham’s in civil, architectual and mechanical. Culber’s in robotics, electrical and weapons. Conquest’s in mechanical, industrial and manufacturing. And Winry’s in mechatronics. So uhhh “different” LMAO

- Anbessa and Kashim’s profiles took me a while, as said in a bunch of my previous bulletins. Well, in the profile, I added an interview segment, set 4 years before their official ages. Why? I wanted to sprinkle a bit of foreshadowing, dust some intrigue before people read the profiles in the on page tabs to see what happened. I also edited the code to have some parts flipped. And if you saw the og code, you know it didn’t have fighting info or weapons info. Well, thats cause I added them myself via frankensteining and me googling shit onto how to make a Font Awesome icon into a box and make it sticky.

- Anbessa and Kashim’s armor, at first I made them way too similar. But then I had the bright idea of basing Kashim’s armor a little more similar to Juniper’s. Because, it would symbolize how Kashim still holds a lot of War’s values despite leaving. Anbessa’s armor is meant to be practical for his fighting style, Kashim’s a mish mash of practicality and theatricality. 

- I learned one thing while designing LATH chars. I sure love geometric patterns.
