Rare's younger self stepped in after her elder left. With a confused expression, she tilted her head, then shook it to clear away the unneeded thoughts. Finally, she turned a bright smile on to Anolee. Her hand met her lips, then fell toward the kind person who favored her in the sign language for 'thank you'. Her 'accent' made it look almost like a blown kiss.
After hiding until Crow left, Rare stepped out nervously, then smiled at Anolee. "Thank you for favoriting me," she said with a glance back before she returned her attention to Anolee. "Sorry, he makes me... nervous, given he should be long-dead."
Rare laughed brief and uncertain before she forced a brief smile and wave, then fled.
Crow saw no need to rush. He was already later than he should have been in this. He approached Anolee with a purposeful stride and stopped before them. Yellow eyes took in the person who most recently showed their appreciation for him, and after a long moment, he spoke.
"Thank you."
After a moment longer, he looked away and cleared his throat. A hint of pink colored his cheeks. "I should get back to work."
