Bunnariums is a closed species Art Roleplaying Group (ARPG). The group is casual and owners are not obligated to join in on the group activities.

Below you'll find more information on Bunnarium and Pahffle ownership, character usage as well as character transfers. If you have any questions, please comment below or DM our group directly.

 Overview

• Bunnariums is a closed species created by WENZ (Creator) and may not be reproduced/co-owned without the creator's permission.
• Pahffles is a closed species created by Chrimme and commissioned by WENZ and my not be reproduced/co-owned without the permission of Chrimme or WENZ
• Bunnarium reserves the right to deny services to any considered by the team to be a threat. If an individual falls within this list, they are prohibited from owning a Bunnarium.
• You may not create a Bunnarium or Pahffle without a MYO slot.

 Credits

• Creator rights must be given to WENZ for all Bunnariums, regardless of designer.
• Creator rights must be given to Pahffle for all Pahffles, regardless of designer. 
  • Please credit Chrimme and WENZ when posting to other sites.
• All adoptable designer rights must be assigned to the correct individual.

 Conduct within the Group

 By joining Bunnarium, you agree and understand that you have to abide by rules set by the creator and team.

• You must be over 13 to join and participate in Bunnarium.
• You do not need to own a Bunnarium to be active within the group.
• We aim to be a fun PG-13 group and do not permit discussion of triggering subjects (ex. murder).
• Do not harass/target others. A warning will be issued if you do so.
  • While we do not encourage offbranding/fanCS, the team discourages and disapproves of harassing users who create such characters. A warning will be issued if this is reported to us with proof.

Ownership

Character Use

• Bunnariums and Pahffles are personal use only.
• Mass produced art of your Bunnarium or Pahffle is not acceptable. Commercial use is prohibited unless otherwise discussed with WENZ
• Co-ownership is not allowed.
• You are welcome to make AU/Alternative forms for your Bunnarium or Pahffle, but these will not be considered official or accepted in group activities. You will be required to provide an image that will work with the lore of Bunnarium for masterlist purposes.

MYO Slots

• You may not make a Bunnarium or Pahffle without an associated MYO slot.
• Open MYO slots will be announced and purchased slots will be assigned a MYO ticket number, which may not correspond with the masterlist number.

Character Sale/Trade/Gifting

Bunnariums designs are allowed to be sold/traded/gifted depending on how the design was obtained. The masterlist will note whether a design may be traded/resold in the "Trading and Reselling" section.

Original Price: $20

 All transfers must notified on the Bunnariums masterlist post or in Discord.

 The use of Bunnariums as trading fodder is discouraged.

• Paid Characters: May be resold, gifted, or traded. Paid art can be added on as value for resales. Free/Traded art must not be added in to the tally. 

• Free Characters: Inclusive of prizes, gifts, trades, or free MYOs, may not be resold for monetary value but can be gifted or traded.
  • You may only sell such characters if:
    • Commissions are for your Bunnarium-specific design (if the Bunnarium is an AU of an existing character)
    • There is additional commissioned art if you have documented, provable invoices of the commission amounts. 
    • Commission amounts will only be counted for:
      • Real life currency
      • Premium in-game-currency with set USD = Premium Currency equivalents (such as FlightRising Treasure/Gems)
  • You must also reach out to Bunnarium Admin in order to update the Trading and Reselling portion. If this is not done, the Bunnarium will be considered non-saleable.
    • Please utilize the Chime claim for Commissioned art to help document commission prices. 
  • Designs tagged with SP-MYO may never be sold/traded unless commissions are included.

Design/Character Removal

 Owners may choose to remove their characters from Bunnarium by informing the Creator and team.

• Official and Guest-tagged designs cannot be voided, unless deemed necessary. The Creator will reach out to users wishing to void to discuss obtaining the designs back either through repurchase or other means at base price (additional art will not be looked at).
• Removed characters cannot be brought back into the species.
• Repurposed characters must remove certain Bunnarium traits and will be instructed on how to do so by the Creator.
• Art from avatar/character makers are never permitted. Art must be your own.
• The use of free bases or bases you have purchased the rights to use are also permissible.

Payment

• Only accepted through PayPal (USD) / Points, unless stated otherwise.
• Bunnarium will not take monetary payment via PayPal if you are a minor. You must be 18+ if you're using PayPal as a payment method.
• Payments to be made within 24 hours unless otherwise discussed.
• Sales are final and there will be no refunds. Buybacks may be discussed but are unlikely.
• Charge-backs will result in an automatic blacklist and revocation of ownership of design.
• Blacklisted individuals will not be allowed to return to the group unless discussed. Their MYO designs will be retired and not be considered eligible as part of the species even if purchased by a non-blacklisted party. The Creator will reach out to users wishing to void to discuss obtaining the designs back either through repurchase or other means at base price (additional art will not be looked at).
