Persona + Alts

This is where I have the majority of my sonas and sona alts, this is an overarching story that I'm working on with my friend Akeeli! 

This is currently a WIP on my end as I need to type all my descriptions up hehe

Please keep in mind that Akeeli and I are strictly platonic only, and only the characters are dating. Please refrain from pairing together the real life us.

BELOW IS CURRENTLY A WIP

Origin - Yvonne. 

 A 16 year old who has been struggling with poor mental health and depression for years and years, hiding it behind a cold and stoic mask, Yvonne hasnt had the best upcoming. Finding somewhat comfort in her “best friend” Alex, though who's to say how good they can actually be for each other when they both are so mentally unstable at times, though she has still found comfort in both of their misery. She suspects that something else could be going on deep inside her but she continues to push it all down into the bottle of her mindscape that will surely overflow at one point. But for now, she’ll continue to force dresses onto her body that she already despises, hoping that one day two wrongs will make a right.

 But when Alex suddenly disappears without a trace from the world, Yvonne’s mental state starts to decrease rapidly. Blaming herself immediately for the disappearance of the only person she thought would never leave. Because of this, she found herself starting to play through mods of Alex’s favorite game at the time, a game called Doki Doki Literature Club, this being the only thing to bring her comfort. As she played through the mod, she felt a strange sense of familiarity with one of the modded characters, a character named Kiri. 

 As Yvonne played through the mod, she realizes that not only does Kiri remind her of Alex, she was Alex. Yvonne realized that “Alex” was only a front played by the mentally distraught mess she knew as her friend. With the help of the game's characters, Yvonne convinces Kiri to come back into the real world and to finally accept fully who she is. This makes Yvonne change for the better too, not anymore feeling as if she has to hide her own feelings of self doubt. 

Default - Cereus

 After Keeli finally accepts who she is and fully comes out, it's not long after that “Yvonne” follows suit. Now going by “Cereus”, Cereus accepts that he is also trans and realizes that this is why he and Keeli got along so well. Because of this, Keeli is the first person he feels safe enough to come out to. Cereus chose his name due for his love of plants and the symbolism of his name, hoping that this new life will be sturdy and long lasting like the cactus he named himself after. 

 Over the next two years, both Cereus and Keeli transition, life becoming increasingly better for the two of them. Due to their better mental health they've become exceedingly better for each other. Because of this, Cereus realizes he has caught feelings for Keeli and prepares a gift to ask her to date him, an amethyst geode that's roughly the size of her palm that has a note tied to it. Of course Keeli reacts positively to the confession and they get together. There's always a brighter side to misery and their newfound happiness proves this. 

5 Years Later: Cereus and Keeli are as happy as ever, them being 23 and 25 respectively. They end up having a child together, naming her Mia and now starting what they were hoping to be a happy family. But due to numerous cost of life expenses, including the strain of the current economy, Cereus and Keeli had to make the tough decision to give up Mia for adoption. All Cereus wants is his daughter to be safe and happy, but this causes a dip for his mental health.

Present Day:  Cereus and Keeli (Age 41 and 43), are incredibly financially stable now. Though Cereus is still encumbered with the regret and guilt of giving up his child, he hides this behind a mask of full happiness while he's around his wife. But secretly he's dealing with the impending feeling that something isn't quite right about his existence in this world. Though he's never been happier after being in a healthy relationship for 23 years now, finally feeling truly loved and accepted for who he is. He has been able to fully transition, still recovering from his most recent surgery. 

Constantly being bugged with memories of some past life he doesn't quite remember. Panicked with flashbacks of all kinds, from happier moments, to moments of dread; it's safe to say that his mental state isn't in the right place. But Keeli is there to help give him a better peace of mind, and he'll always be there to support her until death does them part.
