I don’t really experience myself in one consistent “mode”—I shift depending on what I’m feeling, thinking, or reacting to. Sometimes I’m soft and emotional, sometimes I’m joking around, sometimes I’m just observing everything very intensely from the inside.
It’s less “different versions of me” and more different parts of me taking the lead at different times.
