Hey guys, I'll be doing Artfight this year to try and shake off my art rust and really experiment. I attack anyone, but prioritize attacking back (in the order they come) > fossil team members > friendly fire, usually in the order they came. I do at least one group piece a year, and I tend to evenly distribute the character slots between teams.

I am CrowCoded on there!

I've not really gotten interest in adopts I've made before, but if I were to make practice designs that were feline, canine, or humanoid, would anyone be interested in them?

If so, and be honest I won't be upset, what would you think would be a good price for an adopt from me?

My turn around time can vary between a few hours (on an empty queue) to a few weeks on average. However, I do not tend to do my commissions UNLESS I am at my best art performance, and commissions have taken multiple months to get around to doing. I communicate when this happens, and provide information when asked for an update. I do not hide this, as long wait times can be off-putting to some commissioners. Not once have I ever not completed a Commission, no matter how long it has taken.

GENERAL T.O.S. NOTES

1. Do NOT use my artwork to train or otherwise be involved in the creation of Generative A.I. images. I
   - I DO NOT take Generative A.I. images as references when designing or drawing for a commission.
   - I DO NOT support Generative A.I. images whatsoever. 
2. I DO NOT currently take NSFW or sexually explicit commissions at this time. Please do not ask. Minor gore can be done, but not explicit, major themes.
   - This includes anything fetish related (even if it is fully clothed), regardless of how tame it might be.
3. Contact me regarding using artwork commissioned by me, or designs made by me, that may be used in commercial sales (like merch or streaming assets). This is to discuss any possible contracts for royalties (if applicable).
4. Once a sketch is completed and sent to the Commissioner, refunds will no longer be available. Up until any point between payment being sent initially and before a sketch is started, you may request one. Anyone who abuses Paypal's buyer protection unjustly will be publicly blacklisted.
   - Please correct issues during progress shots as early as you notice them. I prefer to be made to fix something before I've added anything significant on top of it. Do not be afraid to do so, I welcome it and want you to be happy with the outcome.
5. Art being given for free may not be used to add monetary value to an OC.
   - Art paid for may be added to worth, for however much you paid at the time. If my prices raise, please do not raise the worth of an art piece made before that date.
   - Art made as a trade for an OC or for other artwork is considered free, and should not add worth, either.
6. When reposting or uploading artwork or designs made by me, apply appropriate credit by tagging me CrowCoded (on Toyhouse) or with my Bluesky Account - CorvidCrossing. Alternatively, I have a Deviantart account under CrowCoded which updates occasionally.
   - Do not remove any username related watermarks, if they are present.
7. Do not circumvent, find loopholes in, or avoid any TOS clauses.
   - You may, at any time, request for clarification of any one rule.
   - If new clauses are added or removed, the new TOS is be followed.
   - The TOS is always in effect, as it is updated, for all artwork created by me, past or present.
8. DO NOT use my designs or artwork to romanticize or promote: Inc*st, Feral NSFW, R*ape, or similarly severe, fetishistic acts.
