I have been charged twice for my core membership and I'm so annoyed right now at their system, or whatever they want to call it. I purchased 12 months the day before my core expired (17th) and then I was charged again on the 18th (the day it would have expired) even though I had already renewed it.... I'mmmm kind of mad? Why did it automatically renew it??

Trying to file a ticket or talk to someone is ridiculous and their helpdesk just sends you in circles.. I've sent an email to help @ deviantart.com in the hope of getting a refund because they've taken an extra $50 from me.

I just wanted to write a little something here in regards to being offered them in trades. The only types I am interested in right now are the two fluffy werewolf-like designs, horned designs, and the winged pop-star themed ones. Because of this limitation i've taken them off my sought after list to avoid turning down offer after offer ;____;

I'm feeling crotchety and it always bugs me when I see designs I was interested in going up for trade within a day/days of being bought. I understand impulse buys and regret, but.. surely you'd resell it? Especially if you spent a lot on the initial design without extra artwork? I feel myself becoming less and less involved with the adoptable/design scene because of this.. trading. Buying designs just to use them to get something "better".
