In a world where purebreds are heavily favored and mixed breeds struggle to find work, Diablo runs a colorful little circus that takes in the homeless and unwanted and turns them into stars--or so he wishes. His establishment is almost constantly teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, and his unique band of obnoxious and disturbed performers aren't really helping.
