Svajones

The Svajones are a creation of the Lithuanian goddess of twilight and dreams, Breksta. All through the night, they roam the lands, looking for dreamers. Should they find someone with a pure heart having a nightmare, they will brush their silky soft fur against the sleeper's hand, and plant a gentle nose kiss on their forehead, and the dream will turn sweet. However, should they find a dark hearted individual having a sweet dream, they will bite the sleeper's nose, and the dream will turn into a nightmare. In this way, they protect the dreamscape from corruption.
