I definitely use the characters (even if not always publicly, I have a lot of writing and art in progress for them but have Continuously Start New Projects syndrome (TM) so a lot of them are private), and a lot of them are just built up characters from over 3 years that I still hold very dear to my heart <3

- Do not fake-claim my disorders and illnesses. This shit truly is hurtful, and flat-out disrespectful. I've had a licensed psychologist diagnose me with what I have. You'll only get blocked.
- DO NOT HEAVILY REFERENCE / TRACE / STEAL MY ART OR CHARACTERS! I will report anyone I find doing this, and if the situation rises in severity, I will take legal action. If you run into someone doing this, please notify me!!
- Don't place any of my characters in any 'dreamie' lists.

WARNINGS
- Certain characters of mine have traumatic backstories which can be triggering or disturbing to certain people. Viewer discretion is advised.
- Any art or design theft will be reported, and should the situation escalate, I will take legal action.
- If you go against any of my DNI or BYF criteria, DO NOT INTERACT WHATSOEVER. Should I find you interacting with me or my stuff and you go against my DNI, I will block you without hesitation nor given notice.
- I may forget to trigger warn certain things. If that's the case, please gently notify me!! Things I WON'T tw: Scars, religious themes/religion, weapons (unless bl--dy), anything mental health related, skeletons/skeleton themes, more to be added if they come to mind
- I have really bad rejection sensitivity dysphoria thanks to my adhd, autism, and childhood trauma, that mainly manifests as a sensitivity to being ignored. So uh,, please,, don't ignore me,,, if I say something to you or like offer something and you don't accept, just tell me instead of ignoring my comment, cause uh,, that shit hurteds,,,
- Please don't claim that I hoard characters. I use all of my chars no matter how much I draw them and post stuff of them publicly. I also struggle with ADHD and depression, so I have a lot of personal projects that I've started and haven't yet finished, most of which include my characters. I don't really appreciate people judging me for my use of characters just because they don't actively see stuff. This also means that if I offer on a character (and initiate the offer first) then I'm not bullshitting and I genuinely would like to have the character. If I back out, it's because I couldn't find the time, energy and motivation to do whatever it was in return for said character.

- "If you want your characters back idk what to tell you I don’t own em anymore>:)" This just doesn't sit right with me, probably because of the '>:)' but it feels very suspicious and makes me uncomfortable, so that's why they're here. I've never personally had problems with them, but what they said there just doesn't feel right at all and so I'm trusting my instincts and blocking them to avoid any more negativity or drama from them.

- Disrespect in a closed species discord server, causing a public uproar and fighting with the owner, didn't even bother to read the species TOS and threw a fit when asked not to change the species of the characters belonging to that cs after announcing they were going to leave and take the characters with them, changing the species. It just... they were always so passive aggressive. I never felt good seeing them in the chat, and this was just the last straw.
