ABOUT FREE FOLDER:
If there is no contest mentioned in the character description, comment to claim, and if no one else has offered something in return for them in one week, I'll send them over for free. If someone has claimed the free slot, you can offer something in return to get it instead.
Please don't mass claim the freebies. One free character per person, per month. (But if you're offering things for them, you can have as many as you'd like)
