In Strange Company

Aleksandr Yurkovitch is a brilliant biochemist, his research on DNA splicing is ground breaking and fascinating, catching the attention of many other biochemists and scientists alike. But it seems that his research has caught the wrong attention. Not that he's aware of, though. 

A creature known as Zinc, has set their eyes on Aleksandr and his research, and intends to use the man in their schemes. So what do they do? They break into Aleksandr's lab and fling his latest experiment on him before leaving. Aleksandr quickly and thoroughly cleans himself, but over the next few days he notices strange...changes. And it's not long until Aleksandr finds himself transformed into an insect like monster. 

Zinc returns and drags Aleksandr to a remote warehouse in the Russian wilds and informs him that he works for them now, and if he refuses to do as Zinc says, Zinc will kill his son, Ilya. Aleksandr reluctantly continues on with his experiments under Zinc's watchful eye, all the while trying to find a way to reverse his own transformation and get his son back. But as he continues to work, bizarre things begin to happen, and Aleksandr finds himself caught up in a celestial war. 

Will he be able to find his son in time and escape Zinc's clutches?
