im not Foxi but that was supposed to be Ally's mother (when her real name was Angel) and the grey fox was her father
So I use ScreenToGif to record the animations off of youtube! Once you record them you'll have to resize them to fit toyhouse file limits, which is 4,000kb/4mb (and thumbnails dont display if the gif is over a certain size), which I use ezgif for!
I typically make the main file around 1,000kb (you can see the gifs file size right underneath it when you upload it to ezgif), and then the custom thumbnail for toyhouse an even smaller version, around 300-500 kb
Its a bit tedious to figure out but not too difficult once you get the hang of it

No worries, I usually set the width to 500 (you dont need the height number, itll do that automatically) for the main gif, and then to 200 for the thumbnail/preview, but you dont have to follow that exactly bc every file is different, the file size is what you really want to pay attention to to make it work on toyhouse!

you can actually do that urself (if you don‘t know how I can explain it lol) and then Foxi just needs to accept the request, I did the same with this design, which was also created by foxi
you click on the character you want to edit, then on the top left it says menu. Click on menu and then scroll down a little then it says ownership. Now there‘s something like “owner“ and “creator“, you go down a little and then it says “transfer credits“ or “add designer“ (you can choose any of those 2 since they both credit foxi) and then you just click on “transfer to on-site creator“ and then you just type in Foxi-Boxi. You then need to wait for Foxi to accept the design requests
