Trinity Medical

After a millenia long slumber, an ancient being from beyond time is foolishly awoken from its prison in the mud. Havoc swept through town after town, until the horror grew weary—or rather, bored. It split its conciousness into three beings of sludge, each of which took on a distinct humanoid form. Together, they resolved to collect an army of mindless servants in order to cause worldwide destruction. They hid in plain sight. As doctors, they could catch humans at their most vunerable and take advantage.
