> I do NOT associate myself or my work with racists, homophobes, transphobes, sexists, pedophiles, etc.
I believe in LGBTQIA+ rights, ACAB, BLM, etc; I don't stand for discrimination, or shitty people. If you stand under this umbrella, get off my page.

>Do NOT, under any circumstances make my art, or designs, an NFT.
I cannot stand NFTs, and you'll be immediately blacklisted.

>Under NO circumstances are you allowed to claim my art or designs as your own.
This is pretty self-explanatory. Don't do it. Credit me. Properly. 

>If you wish to altar my original artwork/design, you must ask me first!
I usually only permit small or minimal changes, but feel free to message me so we can discuss!

>Cross-posting my artwork is fine, as long as I'm properly credited.
Please make sure I'm notified, and link any artwork back to my pages directly! Do not claim the artwork as your own, under any circumstances. Below are links to my socials.

>Regarding FTU bases, you may altar the linework in any way you please; just do not remove my watermark/signature! 
You may move it around the canvas- you just may not delete it completely! It must be clear and visible. Thank you <3

>Regarding FTU bases (pt.2), feel free to make adoptables on my bases! 
Make them to sell, trade, etc. Whatever! Have fun!
 

----------> Design and Adoptable TOS <----------

>Once one of my designs are purchased, you are able to do what you like with them!
They're yours! Just properly credit and you're golden!

>Although not mandatory, I ask that you hold off on reselling my designs right away.
This is more of a personal thing, feel free to ignore if you truly don't connect or wish to pass them on!

>You may altar the design of the character, but it must stay recognizable, and I must be credited for the original design.
Please do not altar a few things and claim the whole design is yours! It's extremely disrespectful to the original designers- thank you!

>Please do not delete or hide the character I have designed.
I like to keep track of all of my designs! If you like to private your characters that's fine, just please don't delete them. Thank you! <3

>Do not sell the character for more then you bought it for!
I totally feel like this is a slap to the face to the artists and designers. If you've added art to the character or have commissioned pieces, etc, disregard this :]

----------> Commission TOS <----------

>I will not sell any NSFW art to minors. 
If you're purchasing a NSFW piece or YCH, please have your ID ready! You'll need to be 18+ for any NSFW or suggestive art.

>I reserve the right to deny a commission or request for any reason.
Please be respectful! I'm only one person.

>All payments will be done through PayPal, and in USD.
I don't use Cashapp or Boosty, sorry!

>My turn-around-time is usually about a week to two weeks; this can be a little more or less depending on the size of the commission!
I will happily give you an estimate at the time of your quote! I'll be giving periodic updates through my process as well. You can also check the status of your commission through my Trello!

>I don't permit refunds after I start a commission.
I occasionally make the exception before the lining stage, but this will be communicated with the buyer! If you decide to buy a piece and I haven't started it yet, I'll give you a 100% refund!
