im moving my codes from pastebin to stor8, a pastebin-like site specifically for toyhouse codes made by 8byte. all my codes can be found here. i will gradually be moving everything over there & updating links on my codes. also going to be moving codes that are in tabs over there so theyre easier to update. codes with more than 1 version (e.g. normal & safehouse compatible) will all be at one link, and you can swap between versions (just click the name of the version and it will switch tabs) for easier access and better organization. 

this is currently a pre-release/beta test of the site, so people cannot join yet. the official release for stor8 is coming out in approx. 1 week, so if you want to sign up for it, you will have to wait for the release announcement from 8byte!

hey everyone! been a while as i am very busy at my job. i am just gauging interest on a few things. namely, art and code commissions. yes. it is time. the customs are coming.

Code Customs

i will be offering options for just html and css + html bundles. pricing is in the works but is currently as follows:

just html

• basic: 25 USD (any size, but has no interactive elements such as tabs, carousels, collapses, accordions)
• semi-complex: 50-75 USD (any size, has interactive elements, price varies based on complexity)
• complex: 100+ USD (any size, interactive elements used in a complex way, such as a dress up, accordion to create multiple profiles, carousels/accordions inside tabs, etc.)

• 100+ USD
• there would be a discount to bundle html with this
• i don't have more details for this at this time but they would vary a lot on what is desired and if you want it to work on multiple pages. multi-page css would most likely be 200+ USD

by default these would be released as private, for you only. i am considering offering a discount to people who let me release them for public use as paid content. 

pricing is currently as follows:

• base cost: 50 USD (includes 2 full outfits, 1 hairstyle, 1 expression)
• +10 USD per additional full outfit (a full outfit being shirt, pants, shoes, jacket... basically like you see in the examples above)
  +3 USD for additional expression/hairstyle/single part (e.g. an extra shirt)
• +10 USD and i will fill out one of my dress up codes with the images created :)

these will be delivered as a single image as well as individual parts so they are compatible with the dress up layouts i have :) i cannot promise it but they would most likely also be compatible with other people's dress up layouts! i just would not fill those in for you.

hi yall :) here are some updates for the coming year

1. i am going to try to clear out my WIPs hopefully. there are like 20-something in my WIP character and it is hell
2. i will be opening customs :) for HTML & CSS. still working on pricing but the minimum for HTML will be $50 and increase with complexity. 
3. releasing more css (global, character & world) is on my docket for the upcoming year!

you may have seen i retired a few codes. i'm going to be retiring some more in the new year. they are still accessible, i just will not be providing help or updates for them! i may be reorganizing my codes as well, but we'll see... anyway NOW that's it.

hi y'all! as you may have noticed i am releasing a new code every day this month because i hate myself <3 for huevember. i am almost done with todays! i will send a notification that the character has been edited each time i add a new profile. 

you may have noticed i made all the huevember codes so far safehouse compatible. what that means is you can plug the code into safehouse to help you fill it out without having to go through the code to find all the spots to edit! yay. should be making things easier :) big shoutout to 8byte and Safe for making this possible!

now onto the questions... i have plenty of codes on my account, and will slowly be either retiring them (not updating them, but they will still be available in a retired section) or updating them to be safehouse compatible (i will just be putting that code info as a new tab on the character, not replacing any old content). generally i will be working from most popular to least popular (most favorited to least), but thought i'd ask in case anyone had any additional input:

what profiles would you like me to make safehouse compatible first?

would you still like me to release the normal code (non-safehouse version) for new profiles?

i ask about the normal code because i really hate writing comments lmao. they are my enemy. right now i've only released the huevembers with the safehouse variables, so they are still editable obviously but look different from normal if you are just straight up pasting it into the TH profile editor.

also i should have updated all my content to be properly marked as a html/css character or a resource. let me know if you spot anything amiss or if you have any other questions about these updates!

hello! i started a ko-fi page. right now it is just for tips until i add paid content :) if this works out i will be starting a gumroad in the future as well! (so you can pick which platform you like to use). i will also be setting up the ko-fi so you can order profile commissions through it! stay tuned for when that opens up.

i was thinking it would be used as a character directory but it works as multi character profile—the info symbol pulls up a character description that can be as long as you want. bootstrap colors

Multiple characters on one profile. hit read more to bring up the full profile. custom colors. will have space for history & other stuff in the popup.

folder directory. has a lot of options for customizing how you want it to look (tags/none, description/none, characters display or collapse). will be bootstrap or custom colors.

hey yall long time no update :') i have been busy working a lot but hope to be releasing some of my WIPs soon (i have a ton that are mostly finished besides minor edits & adding comments)

in the future i hope to release some pay to use (p2u) layouts. dont worry, i will still be releasing free content! currently, i do not plan to move any of my old content to be paid unless i retire them. i have one layout completed and am in the process of choosing and setting up a website to host the files! :) i included a poll about different selling platforms (either as a seller or a buyer!) to see what yall prefer! feel free to explain your choice if you want.

i will also be formally opening customs soon, hopefully. if/when i do i will make an announcement with info on how to order and add some info to my forum thread. it would be HTML/World CSS for now but open to general CSS in the future.

also will probably be reworking my rules to be slightly more detailed soon.

hey yall i am currently working on a functional dress up layout. here are some pics. 

currently supports: can have as many layers as you want, can have items with multiple layers (e.g. the robe goes on top of the clothing as well as behind), reset outfit to default, categories for clothing (tops, bottoms, hats/head, accessories, shoes, jewelry, scenery—you could always add more), custom color palette, characters fashion likes/dislikes

one thing i am wondering is do people want there to be more info about their character in the right column? i see this layout as more of an addition to a whatever you are currently using as opposed to informational. the right column does not currently scroll, so it would just expand if things get too long.

anyway brood x cicadas have risen so i must listen to them scream.
