Renovamen

A world of creatures created by us

The world of Renovamen is a fictional world that used to be similar to ours – a planet lush with a large variety of life everywhere – but a deadly disease spread over the whole continent, both animals and plants, destroying civilizations and forcing entire species to change radically. Since the catastrophic event that has been unofficially nicknamed the Rebirth, land has become desolate and inhospitable and any life that survived moved to the air or sea.

This world is now nearly empty of plant life and filled with outrageously strange creatures, which for now include:

• Apuras  - These tiny insectivores never need to touch the ground; upon reaching adulthood and growing full wings, they take off and don't land again. They feed on parasites that attack larger creatures and any larvae they can pick off from the ocean surface.  
• Draconix  - These small dragon-like creatures live on the planet's only remaining frozen pole and, being dependent on only the ocean even before the Rebirth, they underwent the smallest amount of changes since then. 
• Lacerdilis  - These crocodile-like creatures have shrunk dramatically. Now, no longer than 10 centimeters, they live in waters, trying to survive deadly predators.
• Leonatars  - Once living in coastal areas and feeding on prey from both the sea and the land, Leonatars have been forced to adapt to an exclusively aquatic life. Their hind pair of limbs disappeared due to disuse and their front limbs are more fins than legs - no longer built to support their weight on land. 
• Sigillpi  - Siggilpi used to live in the cold waters near the poles, but due to evening out of temperatures and salinities of all water bodies around the globe, they can be seen anywhere on the planet now. 
• Volangu   - These graceful long beings float through the air, like fish through water, thanks to lighter-than-air tissue in their bodies and glimmering veils that cover their whole bodies. They feed on seaweed and other water vegetation

In the Not canon gallery folders are pictures of characters in an environment with alive plants, which is not possible in the world of Renovamen, or with creatures that do not exist there

An easter egg to this world - as tribal land creatures, some tribes worshipped the Ba-Shan gods
