A story about Kvapeľ in their caves, about how they used to spend their days and how they spend them now. The visitor is Klamm (hence the description of them near the end - The visitor, like a strong river, passing between mountains, overgrown with moss, filled with stone and mist and fog) . A little more vague than my usual writing, inspired by the stories in The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern, as that's what I've been reading lately

The residents and visitors of this library like to keep journal logs. They usually aren't visible to the public, and so here will be published only a few logs that have been discovered.
Some dragons are born WhiteWings - pale scales, blood-red eyes, skin too sensitive to the touch of sunlight. The Tribes often fear these dragons, their unnatural state is so foreign to them that they are killed, manipulated, tortured or else. However, there is a good end for everyone. The White Talons is a safe place founded by a WhiteWing and her Brother. WhiteWings and other dragons are welcome there to live in harmony
