I'm in a Sonic phase again, so enjoy this head-canon of how Mobians skills (When it comes to their powers) are classed :)
NOTE: I've used the power of "Voice mimicking" as an example
ONE: Unusable
The person is either unaware they have this power, or are openly ignoring it. If they do use this power for whatever reason, it's either so weak is un-noticeable OR completely out of control.
Example: This character might accidently mutter to themselves is another characters voice, but can not do it on command.
TWO: Basic
The person is aware of this power, and has dabbled in it? But can most likely do little more that the basics. Think of when you first start a hobby.
Example: this character can closely imitate another characters voice, but only things they have heard them say.
THREE: Mediocre
Not much to say, middle of the road. Pretty skilled, but nothing to exciting.
Example: This character can perfectly mimic other characters, but only things they have said.
FOUR: Skilled
This person has gotten good with this power and are able to use it to full compacity. Most likely their go-to power, but still takes a tiny bit of concentration.
Example: This character can perfectly copy a pre-heard message and can do a fairly good impression, but only of things they can picture the other character saying.
FIVE: Mastered
this person can metaphorically (or physically?) use this power blindfolded, hand behind their back, feet in the air. This power is a every-day tool to them, and use it with breath-taking ease.
Example: This character can perfectly mimic another characters voice, weather it be something pre-heard OR a made up phrase.

Ok, when it comes to making characters one of my fave things to do is take a Trope that has been over-done to hell, and COMPLETELY flip it on its head. Take it in a whole new direction! I know for a fact lots of people enjoy doing that, so I've made this meme so you can show those Flipped Trope characters off!
RULES:
List the trope(s) you flipped, then add a/the character(s) underneath with an explanation of how you Flipped the Trope!
Do this with as many characters/tropes as you can or are comfortable with
Characters can flip the same trope, but must do it on a different way to get their own post
(EG. If to "Chosen ones" get flipped by being utter assholes, they must share an explanation)
After you're done, tag as many people as you want!
Here is my example/fill out!
TROPE ONE: Glitches are hostile things that want to screw over the electronic universe!
Flip one: Berit Adams
Berit hates being a Glitch, and 9 times out of 10 wouldn't harm a fly. She desperately wants to "fit back in" her world, and maybe even appear to the player sometimes? But due to her appearance that might not ever happen :c
Flip two: MÁOCÌ
Máocì is a harmful glitch... but has no idea. She likes to play in video games, and often wonders why the world seems rather... "Collapse-y" around her? All she did was stop to snack on a bit of coding!
