Si-fic world

this is a si-fic world with 13 sections known to us. Section 1 is the milky-way, and every section covers about a few closester of planets. 13 is the farest humans have ever gotten without dying or going mad, those few even ever get too 13. There are no aliens that are as smart as people, but there are animals on these other planets that match those of are own when it comes to how intresting they are.
