When Junie left home to look for her owner, she was swept away to Newhome, a distorted world where strange colorful dogs run a shady club run by an even shadier leader. Junie's love of her owner and assistance from other lost pets creates suspicion among the untrustworthy escorts. Junie narrowly avoids losing herself and getting into trouble as she and another lost dog, Yarrow, work to uncover the mysteries and dark secrets of Newhome, hoping to find a way out.
